BEYOND Cardiovascular Health Disparities: National Town Hall Meeting

We welcome you to the Charles R. Drew Medical Society Town Hall Conversation, as we openly discuss ethno-socio-demographic concerns and potential solutions, which may improve care access, care delivery, and reduce cardiovascular complications and deaths in the US. As a medical society, we recognize that through open and respectful dialogue, we may achieve meaningful solutions which promote the welfare of our great nation together. 

Eliminating Cardiovascular Health Disparities: To eliminate health disparities of heart attacks, strokes, kidney failure, and limb loss, future health policy must support value-based quality screening tools (e.g., lower-cost, greater accuracy) which are targeted to the highest risk populations.
